Due to the nature of original and custom artwork, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork, custom commissions, or limited-edition pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Processing Time
Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and resolutions are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. 

Approved issues will be resolved through a replacement or store credit.
